Veggies

Ingredients
1 pkg Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots ( you can change to your favorite veggies)
1 tbs Olive oil ( salt and pepper to taste )
1 tbs lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 440 degrees
Toss vegetables with oil and season with salt and pepper;
transfer to a baking sheet and roast until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
Toss vegetables with lemon juice.

***Enjoy veggies the next night in your salad cold.
