Zucchini Pie
Ingredients
2 Cups Diced Zucchini
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Large Eggs
Parsley
1/4 C vegetable oil
1/2 C fresh Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 C Bisquick
Instructions
Mix All ingredients
Pour into a greased pie pan Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean
